In Georgia, One woman couldn’t be prouder of what her nephew did at the dollar store. Connie says she was running errands with her 17-year-old nephew, Senquavious Driver, when the teen spotted an elderly woman having trouble. Connie said that her nephew said that he thought the woman could use some help, and quickly jumped out of the car to lend her a hand.
“We were about to pull off and leave when she was trying to get out of her car, but she was struggling to get on the sidewalk,” Connie told FOX 5. “She could barely walk.” The woman, who is 81-years-old told the teen that she had recently fallen and injured herself.
“He helped her in the store and shopped with her and he walked her back out to her car,” Connie said.
Connie was so proud she got out her camera and started taking photos of of her nephew helping the elderly woman.
“I was in tears taking pictures because he didn’t hesitate to help her, and that made my heart happy,” Connie told FOX 5. “I’m so proud of him because I know and love the last that raised him, my sissy.”
Connie says that the woman was very appreciative of the teen’s help and repeatedly thanked him.
“I have an awesome nephew,” Connie wrote in a Facebook post. “I pray to God he continues to do great things in his life.”
